The core certifications
Most careers start with these.
- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CAD – Certified Application Developer
- CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HR, Risk & Compliance, Discovery and more)
Recommended order
CSA first, then CAD for developers or a CIS for module consultants. Most CIS exams list CSA as a prerequisite.
How to prepare
Practise every topic on a developer instance, follow the official exam blueprint and take timed mock tests in the final two weeks.
